What types of invoices does Snap2Sheet work with?
Printed, thermal, and handwritten invoices from any vendor — Sysco, US Foods, PFG, Restaurant Depot, or your local produce guy. Works on crumpled and stamped copies too.
How accurate is the extraction?
95%+ on clearly printed invoices. Items below 80% confidence are highlighted in yellow in your spreadsheet so you know exactly what to double-check against the paper.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Snap2Sheet runs in your phone’s web browser. Bookmark it and you’re set. Works on iPhone and Android.
Where does my data go?
Directly into your own Google Sheets and Google Drive. We process invoices but never store your financial data on our servers.
Can my kitchen staff use it during receiving?
